The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of https://www.travelstay.direct/dinwiddyhouse/. Dinwiddy House may alter these conditions at any time.

Making a booking

It is your responsibility to review the booking details (including the total price and deposit payable) and submit accurate information when making a booking.

Pre-authorisation policy: Please note that the amount for the first night will be pre-authorised prior to your arrival. If the card declines, you will be contacted. The hotel reserves the right to cancel this booking within twenty four hours of this in the unlikely event that they are unable to pre-authorise and do not hear from you.

Children: Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over 18 in the room. Children under 2 years of age are Free using the existing beds. Unfortunately no extra beds/cots are possible in the rooms.

Modifications

It is free to modify. Modifications must be made in advance of the cancellation period to avoid the accommodation provider’s late cancellation fees, and in advance of the arrival date in order to avoid the loss of the pre-payment.

Cancellations and Non-Arrivals

Cancellations and non-arrivals result in the loss of your pre-payment.

– You may cancel your booking at no further cost up to 1 day prior to your arrival
– Cancellations after 14:00pm GMT 1 days prior to the day of arrival and No-Shows result in a charge for the first night of stay.

Upon Arrival

You will need to have some form of photograph ID (passport, drivers license or government issued Identy Card) at time of Check-In.
