The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of www.somaidavale.com. So Quartier Maida Vale may alter these conditions at any time.

Making a booking

It is your responsibility to review the booking details (including the total price and deposit payable) and submit accurate information when making a booking.

Pre-authorisation Policy

For ‘Free to Cancel’ bookings, please note that the amount for the first night will be pre-authorised prior to your arrival.

Modifications

Modifications must be made in advance of the notice period to avoid SO Quartier Maida Vale’s late cancellation fees. Not applicable on Non-Refundable Bookings.

Late notice period starts: 48 hours prior to 14:00 GMT on the arrival date.

Cancellations and Non-Arrivals

If you have booked the ‘Free to Cancel’ option then it is free to cancel before the accommodation’s late cancellation period. This will result in a refund of your deposit payment (less any already issued cash-back).

If you cancel within the late cancellation period, or do not arrive, your deposit is forfeited and the accommodation may charge for the first night.

Late cancellation period starts: 48 hours prior to 14:00 GMT on the arrival date.

Non Refundable Bookings

Modifications: Your reservation can be modified ONLY for additional nights or rooms. This involves making an additional separate booking.

Changes in date or reduction in the number of nights/rooms would involve cancelling your original booking with the loss of your original payment for this booking and making a new booking.

Cancellations and Non-arrivals: Results in the loss of the full payment of your Non-Refundable Offer.

Non-refundable bookings may be charged any time prior to arrival.

Check In / Check Out

The terms and conditions of SO Quartier Maida Vale will apply to you from check-in, or in the case of non-arrival.

Check in from: 14:00 GMT
Check out by: 10:00 GMT

You may need to have some form of photographic ID (passport, driver’s license or identity card) at your arrival.
If you do not bring a photographic ID, you may not be allowed to stay and will lose the deposit of this booking.

If you have booked a non-refundable offer, please note that the card holder must be present with the card at the time of Check-In.

If you have not included your expected arrival time whilst completing the booking form and are arriving outside the accommodations main Check-In hours (14:00 GMT to 22:00 GMT throughout the week) please notify SO Quartier Maida Vale immediately using the contact details provided in your confirmation email.

Security Deposit

Due to upgraded flatscreen TVs and a new Free Call Phone added into all rooms, So Quartier Maida Vale now requires a £100 security deposit upon check in, which will be returned upon successful check out. This can be provided by card as a pre-authorisation or by cash, as you prefer.
